Gamon warrants to the original purchaser of every new GAMON refrigerated unit, the merchandiser and cooling module and all parts thereof, to be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of (90) days from the date of original manufacture. Normal use and service means periodic cleaning, appropriate electrical service, and appropriate storage when not in use.
Any parts covered by this warranty that are examined and determined to be defective by GAMON shall be repaired or replaced as stated below. GAMON shall be deemed to have fully complied with its obligation under the foregoing warranties by following either of the two procedures listed below, at the discretion of GAMON:
1. Furnishing the replacement part(s), freight collect, in even exchange for the returned part(s) freight collect.
2. Receiving the defective part(s), freight collect; repairing it(them)part (s) and returning it(them)part (s) freight collect.
